Herewith we inform you that Telkom University is organizing The 5th International Seminar and Conference on Learning Organization (ISCLO). This event will gather eminent academicians, and practitioners from around the world. The purpose of this seminar and conference is to share and propose the strategic in the learning organization context, especially the state owned enterprises and strategic industries, where mainly their roles are to boost the Economic Growth of the country. It is also to identify and explore the major challenges in implementing learning organization and assess the real impact on organization performance and also to create future research direction through the publication of high quality, applied and theoretical research findings.
