Telecommunication and Informatics Business Management Study Program (MBTI) is one of the undergraduate study programs under the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB). With more than 1,500 active students, MBTI is one of the favorite programs in Telkom University. Prodi S1 MBTI has been established since 1997.
It was still under the Bandung College of Management (STMB), which was the development of MBA-Bandung as the first MBA program in the city of Bandung. Since 2002, the S-1 MBTI STMB program has been accredited A and continues to be maintained to this day.
Based on BAN-PT Decree No. 192/SK/BAN-PT/AkXVI/S/IX/2013, MBTI obtained A credit valid from 2013 to 2018. In 2004, STMB changed its name to Telkom College of Business Management (STMB Telkom) to provide a stronger identity in the field of telecommunication business management science.
The stronger existence of STMB Telkom has encouraged the transformation of STMB Telkom into Telkom Institute of Management (IM Telkom) in 2008. This transformation is marked by the increasing study program organized by IM Telkom.
Since 2013, IM Telkom joined other universities that are patronized by Telkom Education Foundation (YPT) and formed Telkom University. In addition to regular undergraduate programs, MBTI also has international class programs that have foreign students and cooperation with universities and foreign industries in the implementation of the curriculum. For the Regular Undergraduate program, lectures were held in Building D, Faculty of Economics and Business, in telkom education complex, Dayeuh Kolot. As for International Class held at The Pineapple Tokong Building on the 9th floor.
